Ingredients



    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 cup
    * Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Ham, regular (11% fat), 1.5 cup, diced
    * *Wegman's Basting Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Saute onions in non-stick pan with basting oil. As they start to sizzle a bit, add the zucchini, then later the ham. Season as you like with some garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and any other spices.

Once veggies are done, add the egg beaters and then the cheese. Stir until done, and serve immediately.
