Introduction

This is a great side dish for a fall meal, with as many healthy substitutions as possible. Tastes great! This is a great side dish for a fall meal, with as many healthy substitutions as possible. Tastes great!

Ingredients

    4 T. Smart Balance Light Spread
    1 medium head cabbage (about 6 cups), shredded
    2 medium apples, cored and chopped
    2 T. Splenda
    2 t. mustard of your choice
    1 t. salt
    4 T. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. Smart Balance Omega-3 Plus Sandwich Spread

Directions

Heat spread in large pan. Add cabbage and apples, stirring to coat. Whisk together Splenda, mustard, salt and vinegar. Add to cabbage and apples in pan. When heated through, transfer cabbage mixture to large bowl and mix in the sandwich spread.

Serve warm or refrigerate. Makes 6 one-cup servings.
