    13 eggs
    3 english muffins, cubed
    1/4 c green onions with tops, sliced
    1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb lean ham steak, cubed
    1 c shredded cheddar, split
    1 c 2% milk


cube muffins place in bottom of 9 x 13 rectangle baker.

mix together all other ingredients using half the cheese, season with black pepper

bake @ 350 30-40 minutes till egg is set, remove from oven, sprinkle balance of cheese over top to melt.

makes 12 servings.
