Introduction

THis is a very moist burger and full of flavor . You can substitute the tapenade for olives of any flavor and use any spices you like for a variety of different burgers. SOmetimes I dont even put the olive paste or corn in if I don't have it on hand. Enjoy. THis is a very moist burger and full of flavor . Ingredients

    1/2 lb or package of 93 % ground turkey
    tapenade .25 cup
    relish 2 tbsp
    corn 1/4 to 1/2 cup
    bread crumbs half cup
    flour( to form burgers)
    1 tbsp parsley chopped
    1/2 cumin or chill powder
    pinch of pepper and salt
    tbsp canola oil for pan

Directions

makes 4 big burgers
combine all ingred. to form into 4 big burgers. use the flour to coat hands and pat the burgers formly . Place in a pre heated skillet with 2 tbsp of canola oil. Cook on med high for about 5 min on each side. Drain on paper towels and serve with lettuce, tomatoe , ketup and a toasted w wheat bun.
