    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c Coffee Rich
    1 1/3 c Sugar
    1/2 c Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Sticks
    2 2/3 c flake coconut
    1 cup chopped pecans


Cook and Stir over medium heat for about 12 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. remove from heat stir in coconut and pecans. Cool completely before frosting cake.
