    1 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1 T Dijon mustard
    1 T honey
    1 T fresh rosemary, chopped
    .5 t dried thyme
    .5 t dried sage
    .5 t dried marjoram
    .5 t pepper
    1 t salt
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


Prep: Mix together buttermilk with mustard, honey, and seasonings. Place chicken breasts in freezer bag. Pour marinade over chicken and freeze.

Serve: Thaw chicken, and discard marinade. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Makes 8 one-breast servings.
