    6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
    1 c of celery cubed
    1/2 c sliced carrots or 1 c sticks
    1 medium onion cubed
    salt, pepper
    2 or 3 cubes of boullion of your preference
    12 or 13 oz can of evaporated milk
    4 c of water


Dump all ingredientes in the crock pot except evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook in high for 3 or 4 hrs or in low for 8 to 10 hrs. Add evaporated milk within the last hour.
