Ingredients

    32 oz can of your favorite vegetarian baked beans (DO NOT DRAIN)
    2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 large onion (chopped)
    3 tsp dry Italian herbs
    3 eggs

Directions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine the baked beans and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Mash with a potato masher until smooth. Add onion, herbs, and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Spread evenly in the loaf pan. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes.

Let the loaf cool slightly and cut into 12 slices. Enjoy!
