Ingredients

    1/2 C. Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1 C. Water
    1 spoonful Brown Sugar
    Dried Cranberries
    Almonds (sliced raw)

Directions

Cook Old Fashioned Oatmeal with water. Add brown sugar, and sprinkle on cranberries, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Mix together and enjoy! For a lower calorie treat, just omit the nuts.
