    18 oz. Lean stew beef
    Grapeseed Oil, 2 tbsp
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 5 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Potato, raw, 2 cup diced
    Onions, raw, 2 large
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Grapeseed Oil, 2 tbsp
    Corn Starch, .50 cup


Heat oil in Dutch oven. Dice meat, onions, celery add to oil. Brown meat mixture until onions are clear. Add Beef broth, simmer approx 1 hour. Add water. Add diced carrots, celery, potaotes....cook until soft. Bring to boil and add corn starch. Thicken. Add spices...salt, pepper, seasoning salt for flavor. Enjoy.
