Ingredients

    Manischewitz Matzo Meal, 1 cup
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Broth, 8 cups

Directions

Mix ingredients together, place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Divide into eight matzo balls.

Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until desired consistency is met.

Place one ball in broth of your choosing, and garnish with chopped herbs.
