    2/3 cup white flour
    1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 egg
    2 Tablespoons molasses
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 Tablespoon canola oil
    2 small bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup chopped dried apricots


Makes 20 muffins. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes.
