Number of Servings: 6


    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 Tbsp butter, melted
    1 1/2 cups chopped deli ham
    1/2 dry bread crumbs
    3 slices american cheese


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
