Ingredients

2 pounds round steak or stew meat, cut into small cubes
6 cups water
6 teaspoons beef bouillon (dry)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
1 Tablespoon course ground pepper
Pam non-stick spray or 1 Tablespoon oil
Directions
In a gallon size ziploc bag, add the flour, garlic powder, pepper and meat. Shake well to coat the meat.
In a large pan, spray enough Pam non-stick spray to coat the bottom. Or, you can coat the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Heat the pan to medium heat and them pour the contents of the bag into the pan. Brown the meat for about 5 or 10 minutes.
Once the meat is browned, add the six cups of water and the 6 teaspoons of beef bouillon. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and let meat simmer for approximately 2 hours, or until tender.
Once meat is tender, add the can of cream of mushroom soup and the sour cream and stir thoroughly.
Serve over fettuccine noodles or your favorite noodle or rice.
