A simple casserole that the whole family will love! A simple casserole that the whole family will love!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 - 12 oz. package of no-yolk egg noodles
    2 - cans 98% fat free Campbells' Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 - 12 oz. can of albacore tuna in water (or 2-6 oz. cans)
    1.5 cup skim milk
    1 cup onion, finely chopped
    1 cup celery, finely chopped
    1 - 14-15 oz. can of sweet peas
    1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste


Prepare noodles according to package directions. Rinse with warm water and set aside.

Saute the onions and celery in the olive oil until tender, or until the onions begin to brown slightly. Stir in garlic. Remove from heat and set aside.

Crush Potato Chips in a baggy.

In a large bowl, combine the soup with the milk and stir until lumps are gone. If you like a creamier casserole, add 1/2 cup more milk. Mix in the tuna, peas, onions, celery, and garlic until blended. Add in the salt and pepper, as desired. Slowly add the noodles and stir until the mixture is well-blended.

Poor mixture into a 9"x17" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread crumbled chips evenly over the casserole. Replace in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Let sit 5 minutes and serve.
