Introduction

Ingredients

    3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
    6 cups chicken broth
    2 cups water
    5 cups (1 bag) florentine style veggies
    2 cups 2% milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups frozen baby lima beans
    2 cups pasta

Directions

Combine potatoes, broth, water, and vegetables in a large pot. Simmer until soft. Blend with milk and cheese. Add pasta and beans. Simmer 10-14 minutes or until done
