    1/2 medium Onion, Chopped
    1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
    4 cups diced simply potatoes
    3 cups cooked Brown Rice
    1 cup Morningstar griller crumbles
    2 T Olive Oil


Saute Onion, pepper and griller crumbles in olive oil until vegetables are tender and griller crumbles browned. Add rice and potatoes. stir till warmed through and slightly browned. Makes 10-1 cup servings
