Ingredients


    6 to 8 Tofurky Beer Bratts
    1 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
    1/2 medium head green cabbage, cored, thinly sliced into bite-sized pieces (about 10 cups)
    2 red onions, peeled, 1/2-inch dice (about 3 cups)
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    1 can (14.5 oz) Italian Classics Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil
    1 can (6 oz) Wegmans Tomato Paste
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1/2 cup Italian Classics Chianti Red Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbsp sugar

Directions

Heat oil in skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Brown sausage 4-5 min; set aside.

Layer green cabbage and onions in slow cooker or large pot.

Combine raisins, tomatoes, tomato paste, crushed red pepper, red wine vinegar, and sugar in medium-sized bowl. Pour atop mixture in slow cooker. Place sausage on top of all.

Set cooker to HIGH, 4-6 hours or LOW 8-10 hours.

If not using a slow cooker place everything in pot like stated above.
Cook on low heat for about 2 hours
stiring ocasionally
