    2/3 cup graham wafer crumbs
    2 tbsp unsalted butter

    1/2 cup WATKINS banana pudding mix
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup STEVIVA BLEND
    2 egg yolks
    2 1/2 cups skim milk
    2 small bananas, sliced


Melt butter and blend with crumbs. Distribute among 6 LARGE muffin cups. Divide sliced bananas among cups.
In a medium size saucepan, combine banana pudding mix with steviva and water. Mix well. Add milk and slightly beaten egg yolks. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly. Divide among the cups.
Serve with whipped cream.

Makes 6 mini pies.
