    Blueberries, fresh, 0.25 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 0.5 cup, halves
    Mangos, 0.5 cup, sliced
    Peaches, fresh, 0.5 cup slices
    *Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry, 4 oz
    *Dole Orange Peach Mango Juice, 8 oz


If you have all of these ingredients frozen, that works very well.

Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend.

Can be frozen in popsickle moulds!!!
