    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 cut old fashioned oats
    2 egg whites
    reduced fat shredded cheese


Add oats to 3 cups boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Strain the oats and let cool.

Mix together chopped green pepper, onion, egg whites and ground turkey. Add the oats and mix together.

Seperate into two loaves and place on sprayed cookie sheet. Top with a little shredded cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350.

Makes 6 servings.
