Ingredients

    # Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    # *Flour 2 cup
    # *metaxa, 3 tbs
    # Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    # Egg, fresh, 3 large
    #Couverture 2.5 oz
    # Butter, unsalted, 2 oz
    #half glass water

Directions

You melt in a pot 2 oz of butter,you add 2.5oz dark chocolate or couverture,half a glass of water,2 cups of sugar (1.5 if you don't want it very sweet) and 3 tbs cognac ( i use greek Metaxa).
You don't need to boil it too much,just make sure that every ingredient has melted. Then put away 1 glass of this mixture and save it for later:)
Add in the remaining mixture 2 cups of flour and 3 beaten eggs (not all together , a little of each) at a time while you stir good all the time.
Pour the mixture in a pan(not very big)and bake at 350F for about 45'.
When it's ready you cut the cake in the pan in pieces and pour the glass of the mixture that you kept before (i hope you didn't forget it :D)
