Ingredients

    1# Vension cubed
    3 Large potatos cubed
    4 Carrots diced
    1 onion diced
    3 stalk celery diced
    2 Beef boullion cubes
    1 tb Thyme
    1 tb sage
    2 c water
    1 Guinness Beer
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Saute venision, onion & celery. Add all other ingred. simmer thill done. About an hour
