Easy peasy! Trying to mimic those Swiss Roll ice cream and cake concoctions of my youth. You can also make a homemade cake and freeze it, then put it all together like this. Easy peasy! Ingredients

1 Amy's Chocolate Cake (frozen)
1/2 pint So Delicious Fruit Sweetened Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions
Slightly thaw ice cream so it is spreadable. Cut cake in half so you have two pieces that are long and narrow. Spread half pint of ice cream over bottom cake. Place other half back on top. Place in freezer (wrapped in tin foil) until ready to eat.
