    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 6 cup (remove)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 3 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
    Salsa, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt and pepper to taste


Using a mixer, combine all of the ingredients.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until it tests done.
