Introduction

If you're trying to watch your sodium, try using low-sodium Cream of Mushroom soup and I also use no sodium mushrooms. If you're trying to watch your sodium, try using low-sodium Cream of Mushroom soup and I also use no sodium mushrooms.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 center cut pork chops
    2 cans of low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
    (do not add water)
    1/2 cup of canned salt-free mushroom slices
    1/2 cup thinly sliced white onions
    2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    1 tbsp black pepper



Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 (Makes 6 servings)

1. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray
2. Season pork chops and place in dish
3. Cover pork chops with sliced onions
4. Pour 2 cans of low-sodium cream of mushroom soup on
top of pork chops (DO NOT DILUTE)
5. Pour salt-free mushroom slices on top of pork chops
6. Cover dish tightly with foil
7. Bake for 1 hour
