    5 cups of fresh blackberries
15 packets of Ideal sugar substitute
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    .5 cup rolled oats
    .5 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter light spread

Turn oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl, squish blackberries until about 1/2 of them are juice. Add in 8 packets of Ideal, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, and 1 tsp. vanilla extra. Take 1 Tbsp of whole wheat flour out of your .5 cup for recipe and add it to the berries. Spray a 9x9 pan with Pam cooking spray. Pour in berry mixture. Bake for 10 min.

In a different bowl, combine remaining whole wheat flour, .5 cup rolled oats, 7 packets of Ideal sweetner, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, and 3 Tbsp. of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spread. With your hand, mix these ingredients until they are a crumbly texture.

When berries are done, take from oven and put crumble topping over it. Put back into the oven and bake for 20 more minutes.

This can be served with fat free vanilla frozen yogurt (not included in calories). Serve hot or cold. Serves 6.
