    1 cup of long grain rice
    3 oz cooked shrimp
    3 oz beef round steak in cubes
    3 oz chicken breast fillet cooked and shredded
    1/2 c frozen peas and carrots
    2 cps of water
    Seasonings you like, I put azafran to make it kind of yellow and looks like a paella
    1 tbsp extra light oilve oil
    salt and pepper


Put oil in a pot and fried steak cubed, chicken and shrimp for a little while, just to get flavors out. Then add water and peas and carrots, add salt and pepper and let it boil. Then add rice and seasonings, stir. once it is about to dry cut it in low and let it cook till rice is done.
