Ingredients

    Cake:
    1 Pillsbury Moist Supreme Reduced Sugar Yellow cake mix
    1 1/4 cup (10 oz) Sierra Mist Free
    2 large egg whites

    Frosting:
    6 oz Neufachatel Cheese
    1 can Vanilla Reduced Sugar frosting
    zest & juice of one orange

Directions

Mix cake mix, soda, egg whites. Bake as directed in mini-cupcake liners until toothpick comes out clean (~12-15 minutes).

Beat frosting, cream cheese, orange juice and orange zest. Refrigerate and pipe onto mini cupcakes after they are cooled.
