    1 can tinned tomato
    3 cloves garlic
    i hot chilie
    2 onions
    5 sprays olive oil in a can


chop onions and garlic and fry in oil. add the tomatoes and chilie peppers. let it bubble until reduced and add some cumin or other herbs to taste. serve
