Introduction

Ingredients

    2 sticks of butter (1/2 cup)
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp vailla extract
    1/4/ tsp almond extract

    1/4 cup sugar mixed with 2 tbsp. cinnammon

Directions

(I use a food processor to make these cookies.

Cream room temperature butter with sugar. Add vanilla and almond extract into cream mixture. Add flour all at once and mix well.

Use a small scoop and place on ungreased cookie sheet separated about 1 inch apart. I use an unopened small tomato sauce can (washed well and sprayed with Pam) Dip the can into the sugar cinnammon mixture and press the ball of cookie dough into a cookie. Bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Makes about 25 3" cookies. Deliciious!
