    2 T Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    32 Oz Canned Refried Beans (or 3 cups homemade)
    1 Red Onion - Chopped
    1 Bell Pepper - Chopped
    1 Chipotle in Adobo Sauce, Minced + 1 T Adobe Sauce from Can
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 cup Shredded 2% Cheddar
    6 Large Flour Tortillas

    Additional Toppings (not in Calorie count):
    Taco Sauce or Salsa
    Sliced Avocado
    Sour Cream


In a large frying pan, heat the Smart Balance Buttery Spread over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and saute until tender.

Add the refried beans and chipotle pepper and stir well.

Add the lime juice and Adobe sauce and stir.

Heat through for a minimum of 10 minutes but preferably 30 minutes. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Wrap in flour tortillas and enjoy!
