Ingredients

    *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 2 sticks
    Molasses, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Flour, white, 4.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, canned, evaporated, .5 cup
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Directions

Mix margarine, sugar, and molasses. Add the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and press them onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
