    2 lb Nature's soy tofu, squeezed and each of the 8 subblocks cut into quarters
    3/4 c ketchup
    4 teaspoons oil
    chili powder
    3 cloves garlic, slivered


Fry tofu in dry pan. Add 3 teaspoons of oil and fry until brown. Add salt and pepper. Remove tofu. Add 1 t oil and garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add chili powder and ketchup and let come to simmer and start to darken. Add tofu and cook to soak up the ketchup and brown.
