I love making sorbet. This is my first stab at a sugar free variety. I love making sorbet. This is my first stab at a sugar free variety.
Number of Servings: 16


    Apple juice, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
    Apples, fresh, 5 medium (2-3/4" dia) pureed in blender
    envelope unsweetened gelatin
    Sucralose (like Splenda), 48 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)


peel and core apples, liquefy them in blender.
Add cinnamon
boil water and sucralose, then simmer five minutes to make syrup
Add the syrup to fruit
Add packet of gelatin
Chill in fridge for one to two hours
Place in ice cream freezer and freeze according to freezer directions
