A new twist on the tuna sandwich one of my favorite sandwiches. A new twist on the tuna sandwich one of my favorite sandwiches.

    2 slices of whole wheat bread toasted
    1 can tuna packed in water, drained
    1/3 cup light mayonnaise
    2 sweet pickles chopped
    1 apple diced
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 Tbs Pickle juice
    2 tsp mustard


Drain the water from the tuna, add the mayonnaise, pickles, pickle juice, apple and raisins mix well. Spread over toasted bread.
