Number of Servings: 16


    15 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed*
    1 cup mashed bananas
    1/3 cup agave nectar
    1 tsp maple flavoring
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup black cherry no sugar added jam
    1/2 cup gluten free oats
    1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
    1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts


*Any white bean will do in this recipe (great northern, navy, white kidney)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine all ingredients (except oats, jam, coconut and chopped nuts) in food processor. Process until smooth.
3. Mix in oats, jam, coconut and chopped nuts.
4. Pour into greased 8x8 pan.
5. Bake for 35 minutes.
6. Allow to cool completely. divide into 16 servings.
