Introduction
This recipe came from the Heartland Penne Pasta box. I used 1/2 the pasta it called for and kept the other ingredients at the same quantity. Hubby and Little one loved it. Ingredients

1/2 Box Heartland Plus Penne approx 7.75 oz dry
1 pound Green Beans,
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil
1 Can Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water
2 Small Red Ripe Tomatoes (plum) diced
10 Small Black Olives Sliced
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Directions
250 grams = 1 serving - Makes 6 servings
- Cook Pasta according to directions. When done - drain and rinse with cold water
- Cook Green Beans until crisp. When done - drain and rinse with cold water
Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Serve as is - or refrigerate. Add salt and pepper to taste.
