Ingredients

    1 Medium Onion - pureed
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 can (10.75oz) Amy's Organic cream of tomato soup
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 - 1/2 cup White Puree (chick peas)
    1/4 tsp salt (Optional) - not added in this recipe

Directions

Cook onion until slightly translucent, then add turkey, stirring to break it up, cooking about 5 minutes until no longer pink. Add the remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low. Simmer about 5-10 minutes. Serve over hamburger buns (Not included in nutritional info)

    We love this recipe...but we do it differently. Instead of using the white bean puree (chick peas), we use the white puree (zucchini and cauliflower). That way there are veggies in with the meat protein. - 7/28/10
