Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Flour, white or wheat, 3 cups
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp + 2tsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 1/2 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Pumpkin, canned, LIbby's 15oz can
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 1/2 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease up 2 9x5 loaf pans with Pam cooking spray

I just mix all the ingredients together at once in my kitchenaid mixer - low for 30seconds, then medium speed for about a minute. When it is thoroughly mixed together, pour batter into the greased pans.

Place in oven

Set timer for 40 minutes, after 40 minutes of baking, place a piece of foil over the pans so the tops do not brown too fast. Continue cooking 15-20 minutes more, or until toothpick in middle comes out clean.
