    1/2 lb Ground Beef (extra lean)
    1 Beef Bullion Cube
    1 Cup Water
    2 Tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock
    1/4 Cup Flour, white
    8 oz Sour cream, fat free
    1 bag no yolk egg noodles


Prepare egg noodles according package. Brown ground beef in large skillet. Boil 1 Cup water, add beef bullion cube while browning the beef.

Drain the ground beef and return to skillet. Add country crock and stir until melted. Add flour and stir until it makes a paste. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Cook about 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.

When sauce has stopped boiling, add the sour cream. DO NOT ALLOW THE SOUR CREAM TO BOIL.

Serve over egg noodles.
