    4 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
    4 tbsp olive oil
    salt to taste if you like


Clean out pumpkins and rinse seeds. Remove pulp that still remains with the seeds. Allow to dry overnight. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix seeds and olive oil in a small bowl and spread out on cookie sheet and bake. Stir about every 45 min until nicely toasted and browned.
