Ingredients
* Ground Turkey, 1.25 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
* *Red Bell Pepper (1 medium / 118g), 118 gram (remove)
* *Spice Club Taco Seasoning Mix, 2 tbsp (remove)
* *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
* Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Slice Onion, Chop tomatoes, Chop the 2 garlic, cut bell pepper into strips
Heat Oil
Add onions and garlic, then add spice mix and salt
Once onions are almost cooked, add meat
Cook meat until it is almost done then add the bell peppers
Once the bell peppers are cooked, add tomatoes
Serve with cheese and tortillas
