Ingredients

    7 oz., Elbow macaroni (used wheat)
    6 oz Shredded FF Cheddar Cheese
    1 c. Egg Beater Original (**4 medium eggs)
    **Cakories = 207.6
    WHITE SAUCE
    7 1/2 tbsp flour (1/2 c minus 1/2 tsp)
    7 1/2 tbsp Country Crock (margarine spread)
    3 3/4 c. non-fat skim milk
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper (more if you like)

Directions

1. Boil macaroni per directions, drain when done & set
aside
2. Mix flour, margarine, salt & pepper in 2-qt sauce pan &
cook over low heat. Mixture will thicken but be careful it
burns easily.
3. Gradually add in skim milk & mix until smooth with NO
lumps.
4. Add in shredded cheese & continue stirring until melted.
5. Add in egg beater. (If using real eggs, mix slightly in a
separate bowl before adding.)
6. Add Macaroni to cheese-sauce, stirring as you add.
7. Pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
8. Sprinkle paprika over top
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 – 50 minutes uncovered until
golden brown on top.

Serve hot from the oven;
Calories based on 10 servings using above ingredients.
