    Soyabean oil 1.5 tbs
    ## Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 6 large (remove)
    # Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    # Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 tomato (remove)
    # Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    # Mushrooms, fresh, 300 grams (remove)
    # Celery, raw, 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    # Chicken bouillon, 3 cube (remove)
    # Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


saute chopped onions in oil add chopped green peppers, slice cabbage add to pot, add mushrooms etc... when all ingredients have been added cook slowly till vegetables are tender, add seasonings such as worcestshire sauce, curry , herb etc
