    3 scoops ON Whey Protien Powder Vanilla
    6 tbsp Wheat Germ
    1 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, unthawed
    .5 cup Blueberries, frozen unsweetened, unthawed
    1 large Banana, fresh or frozen cut in chuncks
    1 20oz can Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added


Place all ingredients, including pineapple juice, in food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Makes 3 tall glasses and has everything you need for a complete meal.
