Introduction

This is a veggie dip made out of veggies! I don't really like fat free or low fat sour cream, and I wanted something to dip my carrots in, so I tried this. This is a veggie dip made out of veggies! I don't really like fat free or low fat sour cream, and I wanted something to dip my carrots in, so I tried this.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2.5 cups frozen cauliflower
    1/2 ranch dressing dry packet

Directions

Steam cauliflower until very soft. Add into a blender with ranch dressing mix. Add water 1 TBSP at a time if needed to thin. Blend until smooth. Makes 5 servings.
