Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Pilsbury pie crusts
    200 grams Quorn Chicken pieces
    1 to 11/2 cup vegetable broth
    1-2 tbsp of rice milk or Mimiccreme unsweetened
    10oz bag of frozen vegetables
    3 small red potatoes cut into small cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, place pie crust into 8 or 9" pie plate, add the mixture and cover with 2nd pie crust. Vent the crust and cook in middle of oven 350deg. for 1 hour
