    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/3 cups light sour cream
    1 tsp black pepper
    14 oz pkg frozen broccoli florets, thawed
    14 oz pkg cauliflower, frozen, thawed
    2 cups 2% milk shredded Mexican cheese
    6 oz pkg French Fried Onions
    16 oz Farmland Cubed Ham
    12 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions


Mix soup, sour cream and pepper. Stir in vegetables, 1 1/2 cups cheese, 1/2 the onions, ham and cooked pasta.
Spoon into 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese on top is melted.

1/12 of pan per serving.
