Introduction

Use any nonfat Thick and Creamy yogurt and any frozen fruit combination. Use any nonfat Thick and Creamy yogurt and any frozen fruit combination.

Ingredients

    2 6oz containers Yoplait Thick and Creamy Yogurt (Peach)
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened blackberries
    1 small banana, peeled and cut into chunks

Directions

Place milk and yogurt in blender and combine. Add frozen berries and banaa chunks and puree until smooth. Makes 3 12 ounce servings.
